- All payments made to Invenix India are for the purpose of facilitating connections with independent specialists and providing platform access.
- As our services involve time-bound processing and coordination, payments are generally non-refundable once a service request has been initiated.
2. Cancellations
- Once a service request has been submitted and payment is processed, cancellation is not permitted.
- Customers may request modifications or clarifications by contacting our support team, but cancellation of an order after processing will not be accepted.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered under the following limited circumstances:
- Service Non-Delivery – If no specialist is assigned and no communication has been initiated within 15 business days of payment.
- Duplicate Payment – If a customer is accidentally charged twice for the same service.
- Technical Errors – If a system-related issue from our end prevents service initiation.
4. Situations Where Refunds Will Not Be Provided
- Change of mind after payment.
- Incorrect or incomplete information/documents provided by the user.
- Delay or non-cooperation by the user in sharing required details.
- Services already initiated (e.g., forms shared, application draft prepared, or communication with a specialist established).
- Failure of third-party/government websites or portals where specialists are required to file information (e.g., G.E.M portal downtime).
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used by the customer.
- Partial refunds (up to 20% of the amount paid) may be considered at Invenix India’s discretion under exceptional cases.
6. Fees Disclaimer
- Customers are hereby informed that Government fees for G.E.M registration is ₹0/- (free of charge).
- Any fees displayed on our platform represent platform charges for connecting users with specialists and facilitating communication.
